Your operation has 10 agents or more and serves one of the three regions. Fewer than 10: free self-serve plan, no founding spot.
The entry
A 30-minute call with the person who built the platform to confirm volume, channels and owner. The acceptance letter with a start date comes out of that call.
Live in 30 days
From the letter you have 30 days to have the AI answering on at least one real channel. We set up the account: channel connected, brain trained on your site and history.
You keep the spot by using the AI
0 verified resolutions in any 60-day window frees the spot and the account moves to the free plan. We warn you at day 45.
Your public case
After 90 days with the AI live we publish logo, one quote and one metric. You approve the wording, not whether it is published.
Your data
Your customers’ data stays in your isolated tenant; we only publish aggregates. For Spain it can be hosted in Europe.

Up to $1 per verified resolution; the final price is set by contract. Verified = the customer closes the interaction and does not ask about it again within 72 hours. Escalated to a person: $0. After the pilot, platform from $990/month plus results.

What if I don't use the AI?
Nothing to charge and nothing to pay, but after 60 days with no resolutions the spot is freed and your account moves to the single-channel free plan.
What counts as a verified resolution?
The customer closes the interaction and does not ask about it again within 72 hours. If it escalates to a person, $0.
I'm a BPO: can I resell it?
Yes. You run it under your brand and your client keeps paying your rate. We only charge the resolution.
And after the 12 months?
50% of the published tier that matches your volume, for life, plus resolutions at up to $1. It is in the letter from day 1.
