Privacy notice

Controller: A2CX S.A.S. de C.V. (A2CX), Mexico. Contact: contact@a2cx.io.

What we collect and why

When you request a demo or use a free tool we collect what you type (name, company, email, country, operation size and, if you give it, WhatsApp) to contact you, book and prepare the demo, and send you information about A2CX related to your request. The meeting is booked with Calendly and stored in our Google Calendar.

The free tools (AI quality review, agent planner, Spain Law 10/2025 checker, “train the AI on your website”) process the text or URL you paste to return a result. We do not store the text you paste; we do keep an anonymous usage record (tool, language, result).

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure visits, clicks and booked demos. When you book a demo we send Google your email in hashed form only to attribute that conversion to an ad. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland these cookies are only set if you accept them in the notice shown on arrival; you can change your choice at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer. Elsewhere you can disable them in your browser settings.

Who we share with

Providers we need to operate: Google (analytics, ads, calendar and email), Calendly (scheduling), FormSubmit (form delivery), DigitalOcean (servers) and Hostinger (website hosting). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights under Mexican law) and, if you are in the EU, exercise your GDPR rights, by writing to contact@a2cx.io. We reply within 20 business days.

Founding Program

If you request a spot in the Founding Program, we use your details for the 30-minute call and, if accepted, for the acceptance letter. The full program terms (12 months with no platform fee, 2,000 AI resolutions at $0, up to $1 per resolution, founder pricing from month 13, a public case after 90 days and release of the spot after 60 days without use) are published at a2cx.io/founders/ and written into the acceptance letter. What is signed does not change even if the program closes.
